So, If you just read the previous blog that Jared posted, we did our long run today. I typically feel the same way with long runs as Jared. Normally, once I get about 6 or 7 miles, I start enjoying the run and really start cruising. But, the run did not go as well as I hoped for. I felt ok for about 8 or 9 miles, but I ate way too many bowls of coccoa puffs last night and cramped up pretty bad hahah! Oh we'll, you live and learn, but those things tasted really good last night! I'm going to chill and take a nap, then do an easy 3 miles this afternoon!

That's my Josh!!!! He's my snacker and loves to eat cereal!!!Well hopefully your 3 miles this afternoon will go much better. The puffs should leave you by this afternoonHA!HA!HA! How far did you make it this morning? We sure miss you guys. Talk to you later.
